Upper Meadows and Three Forks Areas
The Upper Meadows and Three Forks Areas have been a great fishing spot for years.
The headwaters of the Conejos are split up into three different forks:
El Rito Azul, Middle Fork, and North Fork.
These three forks flow together to form the Conejos River.
I enjoy the 5 mile hike to the North Fork, and the scenery is spectacular.
However, if you run into problems this high in the wilderness,
you really DO have a problem.
The North Fork pictures are my favorite.
